Nothing about christmas is easier to hate than the music. And Sky Radio makes it easier still. At this time of year, they call themselves 'the christmas station,' which means that they replace their usual (bland) programming with an insipid, bland, predictable and repetitive play list consisting of nothing but the same "classics" I won't dwell on too much.
Let's just face it: with very few exceptions, "popular" christmas music is utter crap and/or tasteless dreck. If you disagree, go ahead and check out Popdose's excellent Mellowmas series, and we'll talk afterwards.
