Smalende godslastering verboden?

Artikel 147 uit het Wetboek van Strafrecht—het verbod op smalende godslastering—is momenteel weer actueel. Het in november 2009 ingediende wetsvoorstel om dit artikel te schrappen wordt na het zomerreces door de Tweede Kamer behandeld, en gezien de ruime Kamermeerderheid die dit voorstel steunt (132 voor, 28 tegen) lijkt smalende godslastering zijn langste tijd als strafbaar… Read more »
